ADS74 is an international architectural practice based in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
We operate in diverse scales, from displays, scenography, small buildings to larger projects including urban and territorial master plans; Foster public life in all our designs; Research, understand and relate to the location of our projects; Dialogue openly with our clients defining with them how best the projects may suit their needs; Seek collaborations and work closely with engineers and interdisciplinary specialist teams on special projects.
ALESSANDRO DE SANTIS
Founded ADS74 in 2022 after co-founding 7478 architects in 2015 and working at OMA/ Rem Koolhaas since 2008 as architect and project leader, with 20 years of experience in built and complex projects around the world.
These spanning from master plans such as Endurance Village in Qatar, to museums such as National Art Museum of China, mix-use buildings such as BLOX in Copenhagen or JBR1 in Dubai, as well as theaters, residential towers, office towers, hotels, retail, sport venues, educational buildings and infrastructure.
Alessandro De Santis studied architecture at the University of Florence, Italy.
